On the evening of your function our chef arrives with all the pre-prepared ingredients for your menu, we do all the mashing, blending and untidy preparation in advance.
From the moment we arrive, we provide a full gastronomic fine dining experience, placing emphasis on quality in every step, from place setting and wine pouring to plating and serving.
